Break the Cycle gives honest, practical solutions to a very dangerous and complicated situation — teen dating violence. Break the Cycle works directly with young people, ages 12 to 24, providing innovative prevention education that is practical, teen-friendly and effective. Break the Cycle advocates for policy change and trains adults so that teens and those they care about have access to the help they need. Through this comprehensive, youth-centered approach, Break the Cycle leads the movement to prevent and end teen dating violence with the goal for all young people to be able to live full, productive lives, free from violence and free from fear.



RAISE IT UP! Youth Arts & Awareness – raiseitupyouth.org

RAISE IT UP!’s mission is to promote youth expression, and empowerment through performing arts opportunities, community involvement and social justice initiatives. RAISE IT UP! provides workshops, mentoring, training and consultation for other organizations, families and youth to encourage participatory, investigative, and creative hands-on engagement.



STOP-GAP

Stop-Gap theater troupe performs original dramas in classrooms to educate young people about issues such as sexual assault, AIDS prevention and alcoholism. The group also offers therapeutic drama programs, working with the elderly, abused children, battered women, recovering drug abusers, children with life-threatening illnesses and other groups to help them work through problems.

The Catalyst Network of Communities is a grassroots non-profit organization with a vision to see every area and region inspired with a greater sense of community, collaboration and citizenship through meaningful relationships. We accomplish this by empowering member-driven communities to connect around shared interests and to affect their neighborhoods through collaborative projects. We are a community of catalysts. Our campaign is to “Connect and Affect” – to catalyze collaborative communities that build relationships, establish partnerships, encourage contribution, and inspire growth.
